Jeremiah Program gives families hope, skills and access to tools to strengthen their chance at being self-sufficient. We in turn are dedicated to learning, innovating and investing in families to make their dreams possible.

Expansion

As Jeremiah Program enters its second decade, our Board of Directors has set forth a bold vision for our future. We have learned a great deal in the last 10 years. Reports from our alumnae families provide insight into the complexity of creating sustainable change for low-income families.

The vision of Jeremiah Program is to be a national leader in assisting single mothers and their children to break the cycle of poverty, with a presence in twelve cities by 2020. To make this vision a reality, we have developed strategic goals that include strengthening the program model. They also include replicating the program as we respond to interest from across the country. We have established a benchmark of having a presence in at least eight communities and successfully operating in three communities by 2012. This sets the foundation for meeting our vision.
