Because of Jeremiah Program, I’m doing things I never thought I’d do. I’m on my way to becoming an ER trauma nurse and am laying the foundation for pursuing my masters degree. More importantly, I’m finally becoming an empowered and determined advocate for myself and my son Benjamin. We’re both achieving and growing in so many ways, and are thankful for the safe, stable and supportive environment that is Jeremiah Program.

Child Development Center

Before arriving on campus, many of the children at Jeremiah Program have experienced significant hardship and disruption in their lives. Through our licensed Child Development Centers, we intervene early to help these children succeed and begin to break the cycle of poverty for two generations.

In addition to serving program families, our holistic, inclusive developmental childcare is available to community members looking for an excellent early childhood education provider.  To apply or arrange for a tour of the center, contact Jerelyn Seth, Director of Early Childhood Education, at 651-332-5028 or jseth@jeremiahprogram.org.

School Readiness

The Jeremiah Program Child Development Centers serve infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children. We provide structured school readiness strategies and a professional curriculum, with the goal of preparing children cognitively, socially and emotionally for future success in school.

Upon entering the program, Jeremiah Program conducts observation evaluations for each child and creates individualized development plans. Mothers are held accountable for their children’s success in the classroom through hands-on goals planning and monitoring of the children’s academic progress.

About the Child Development Centers

The Child Development Centers maintain low staff-child ratios to assist children in the program in developing well-rounded skills and healthy values. Our teachers hold degrees in early childhood or the equivalent, and continue their professional development through year-round training. Teachers are responsible for implementing our culturally sensitive, age-appropriate and challenging curriculum, with the result that 94 percent of children in the program graduate pre-school ready for kindergarten.
