Employee Spotlight:
“Helping single mothers and children succeed is what it’s all about! Hearing the excitement in a new student’s voice when I tell them they’ve been accepted into the program and then celebrating the graduation of our older students makes all the hard work worth it.”
—Stephanie Thoma, Program Coordinator

The children that Kim has served through the years seem to have people in and out of their lives. “I know that being a constant person they can count on seeing day after day makes a huge difference to them,” she says. “Not only for the children, but for their families as well.”
Kim is proud when families come back to visit and they still talk about how she was their teacher years ago. “I recently ran into a family that was a past participant here and at my last job,” she says. “I’ve known that family for nine years, and they still keep in touch with me. It makes me proud and happy that I made that kind of impression.”
—Kim Seefeldt, Infant Teacher & Educational Coordinator, Minneapolis Campus
