Jeremiah Program is headquartered in Minneapolis, MN and is targeting highly motivated single mothers living in poverty. Jeremiah Program provides a structured environment infused with high expectations for education and employment, and the guidance to help families succeed. Through Jeremiah Program, children are prepared for success in kindergarten and women realize their potential and change their lives to create a better future for themselves and their family.

Mission

Jeremiah Program’s mission is to transform families from poverty to prosperity. Together with leaders from business, education, government, congregations of faith and the philanthropic community, Jeremiah Program seeks to transform the lives of families across the country through the demonstrated power of collaboration and comprehensive services for families.

12 Cities by 2020

Jeremiah Program operates residential campuses in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. We also are currently engaged in development activities to bring the program to the community of Fargo, North Dakota – Moorhead, Minnesota; as well as Austin, Texas. Poised for Expansion

The vision of Jeremiah Program is to be a national leader in assisting single mothers and their children break the cycle of poverty. Our goal is to have a presence in twelve cities by 2020. By 2012, our benchmark is to have at least an initial presence in four communities and be fully operating in three communities.
