Our method of tracking individual progress helps us to design appropriate plans for each family and gives an accurate report of program outcomes. We help women measure their level of functioning on a continuum of personal development and facilitate their growth so they can be higher functioning when they leave Jeremiah. The Jeremiah Program will be successful if participants can achieve the following:

  • Graduation from an educational or training program
  • Meaningful, full-time employment in graduate’s career of choice earning at least $12 per hour with benefits
  • Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, accountability, and competence in the following Life Skill areas:
    • Financial Management
    • Physical Health
    • Career Development
    • Building Relationships
    • Parenting
    • Sexual Health
    • Emotional Health
  • Understand and choose developmental child care or education programs
  • Find safe, affordable long-term housing
  • Feel part of the Jeremiah community and contribute and participate in community life
  • Increased awareness of their spirituality
  • Children are ready for kindergarten
  • Involvement in their children’s education
